Atlantic’s Edge restaurant, featuring panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and seating both indoors and alfresco by the sea, is consistently rated one of the most outstanding restaurants in the Florida Keys. Executive Chef Barry Walling and Restaurant Chef Anthony Mansollilo pride themselves on serving the freshest ingredients.
This season, the chefs have designed an interesting menu that reflects their island tropical-style, using wild and natural ingredients from the Garden, the Sea and from the Range. The menu consists of a great selection of 24 small plate dishes, allowing guests to tailor a meal to their own individual palates.
The choices range from plates such as Spiny Lobster Dumplings, Crispy Arepitas with Smoked Mozzarella, Chorizo and Caramelized Apples and Honey Lavender Glazed Duck Breast. The menu is designed so that diners can order several unique and delicious small plate dishes to enjoy a wide variety of tastes, and is offered with carefully selected wine pairings chosen by the Manager of Atlantic’s Edge, TJ Solan.
Dessert creations are also designed in a small plate fashion, and include Chocolate in Three Ways and a Brulee sampler. Fresh-brewed Starbucks coffee or hot Tazo teas are served with dessert.
