Aerial Restorative Yoga marries traditional Yoga practices - breath control, simple meditation and adoption of specific body postures – with a soft hammock suspended just a few inches off the ground. The use of gravity, combined with supportive floor contact and healing poses, allows the spine to decompress and elongate, increasing flexibility and core strength when practiced regularly. Aerial Restorative Yoga is recommended for all fitness levels.
Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered Thursday-Saturday at 8:30 a.m. $35 per attendee.

Our sea-side 9-hole par-3 course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and provides challenges for all skill levels. Easily walkable with well-manicured greens, the course is a great place to polish up your short game. Six lighted tennis courts give guests the opportunity to play tennis sunrise to sunset – and beyond. Play singles or team up for an exciting game of doubles to get your blood pumping. Post-game, arrange for a Sportsman Massage to work out all those kinks.
