Water Aerobics:  Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 10:30am

Water Aerobics is resistance training done in a pool in the waist to chest-deep water. Water Aerobics tones muscles, burns calories, improves balance, increases flexibility, and boosts cardiovascular fitness.  Water pressure helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body, and the impact of gravity is less in the water, allowing for a greater range of motion. You'll feel lighter and stable while putting very little stress on your joints in the pool.
