Paddle Board Yoga (8:00-9:00am)

Paddle Board Yoga is both relaxing and invigorating as it combines the sport of Standup Paddle Boarding with the traditional benefits of Yoga. Sounds of the ocean and floating on water encourage relaxation, while core strength and balance are achieved through the various challenging Yoga poses. No experience is necessary, but participants may get wet, and should feel comfortable in open waters.
Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered every Friday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 8:00 a.m. $35/attendee.
