Florida Keys Officials Announce Accommodations Closure

We regret to inform you that starting Sunday, March 22, Cheeca Lodge & Spa will be closed, following direction from county officials on COVID-19. The resort, along with all accommodations in the Florida Keys will be closed through April 5th, subject to notice from the local government.  Any reservations during this time period will be canceled and refunded. We regret this situation and the safety of our guests, employees and community are always of the utmost importance.

Guests with Current Reservations:

Guests with a current reservation from March 22 through April 5, 2020 will have your reservation automatically canceled. You do not need to contact us to cancel your reservation. You will receive a full refund. Please note that if you booked through a third party like Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you will need to contact your travel agency directly to cancel your reservation.

Future Bookings:

If you wish to cancel a future reservation outside the above window, please fill out this form. Again, if you booked through a third party like Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you will need to contact your travel agency directly to cancel your reservation.

Dining Updates: 

Atlantic's Edge, Mia Cucina, Nikai Sushi Bar & Restaurant, Tiki Bar and 25 South will be closed until further notice.
