Amenity Information

Cheeca Lodge & Spa will re-open to guests on June 1st. Below are resort amenity updates:

Housekeeping Services:

  • Housekeeping will be offered during the following limited hours:  Daily from 9am to 5pm
  • Services will be offered by request only.  To request housekeeping services, additional linen or amenities, please dial extension 0 from your guestroom phone. 

Restaurant Updates:

  • Nikai is temporarily closed. 
  • All other restaurants and bars are open and offer reduced seating capacities to allow for a minimum of six feet between each seated group of guests traveling together.   
  • In-Room Dining, delivered to your door: Daily from 7am to 11pm.

Check-In/Check-Out:

  • We will do our best to check you into your room as expeditiously and seamlessly as possible, even if you arrive before our standard check-in time of 4pm.  Whenever possible we will conduct your check-in at the front gate 
  • Valet services will be suspended, and self-parking will be available

Guest Adventures:

  •  Guest Adventures hours:  Daily from 9am to 6pm 
  •  Golf Course and Tennis Courts will be open and available

Pools & Beach:

  • Pool & Beach hours:  Daily from 9am to 6pm
  • Pool seating will be configured to allow for at least six feet of separation between groups of guests traveling together 
  • We will admit and seat parties (maximum 4) in chair groupings on a first come/first serve basis
  • We will also provide seating areas on the beach with Food & Beverage service
  • We ask you not to relocate chairs.  We will accommodate families however request no big gatherings and may request we divide your group into smaller groups
  • Our Recreation Attendants will direct you accordingly and provide towels

Fitness Center

  • Fitness Center hours:  Daily from 7am to 6 pm
  • We will limit to 6 guests at a time to ensure proper distancing and safety

Spa

  • Spa Hours:  Daily from 9am to 6pm
  • Limited spa services are available by appointment only

Guests with Current Reservations:

Guests with a reservation through May 31st: Our staff will be contacting you to either reschedule your reservation for a future stay or to process a cancellation. Due to higher than normal call volume, please allow for additional time that we may reach you. We sincerely appreciate your patience at this time and assure you that no penalty will be assessed to your reservation due to these travel restrictions.

Future Bookings:

If you wish to cancel a future reservation outside the above window, please fill out this form. Again, if you booked through a third party like Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you will need to contact your travel agency directly to cancel your reservation.
