Cheeca Water Sports Daily Tours
The following tours are offered daily at Cheeca Lodge and Spa. The activities may be booked per person. When booked by a corporate group, the standard 7.5% tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the list price.
Snorkeling Trip

40' motor catamaran with bathroom on board, comfortable ladders, and nonalcoholic beverages, and a glass bottom viewing port. Boat can accommodate 39 passengers.
Description
this is a 2 to 2 1/2 hour trip to the reef. We visit two reef sights. The trip is appropriate for children and adults since the boat is extremely stable.
Price
$40 for adults and $35 for kids. This price includes mask, fins, and snorkels. We offer wetsuits for $8.00.

Description
This is a two-hour learning tour designed to introduce guests to the various eco-systems of the Florida Keys. We learn about the mangroves, sea grass, and the reef, and look for wildlife. The boat can accommodate six passengers.

Description
We can tailor a trip to the guests interest such as snorkeling, fishing, swimming, eco-touring, or going for lunch. Anything is possible on this excursion. Boat can accommodate six passengers.

$250 for two hours for four people. Each additional person is $50. Each additional hour is $75.

This is a lovely two-hour trip in to the Florida Bay. We will view the reef through the glass-bottom viewing port, dip under the bridge, visit the mangrove islands, enjoy beer and wine while we watch the sun set. The boat can accommodate 39 passengers.

Everglades Excursions

24' Bay Ranger or 20' Boston Whaler
Description
The Everglades National Park 'starts' about a mile offshore of the Florida Keys Bayside coastline. We can do a number of Everglades tours depending on the interest of the party. We can traverse the Florida Bay to visit Flamingo, which is the southernmost outpost of the Everglades on the mainland. Plan for a four to six hour trip to visit Flamingo. Guests often think of sawgrass fields, alligators and crocodiles when they think Everglades, however, we access the Everglades that is made up of water and mangrove islands. To see the sawgrass, one has to travel to the mainland.

Deep Sea Fishing
Deep Sea fishing is done off-property due to the nature of the vessels. Boats can accommodate six anglers and the pricing for a four-hour, half day will start at $825 per boat. Most boats will depart at 7:30 am. Guests are expected to bring water and food if desired.
Back Country Fishing
Back Country fishing is conducted primarily in the Florida Bay on 16-18' skiffs. Two or three anglers may fish on one boat. A four-hour, half-day charter starts at $400 per boat. Skiffs can pick up anglers at the Cheeca Pier. Most boats will depart at 7:30 am or 8:00am for a morning trip or 1:00 pm for an afternoon trip.
