Spousal Activities
Paradise Yoga
Enjoy a unique activity in this four-hour kayaking and yoga session. Your group will be transported to an ocean side launch site to meet your guide. Guests will paddle to Indian Key (an uninhabited historical island) for an island yoga session. Beverages and light snacks are provided.
Price: $110 per person with a five-person minimum and 12 person maximum. Subject to availability.
Unique Shops of Islamorada
Shop in Islamorada. Visit the intriguing shops in our little town. Experience local color and flavors in the galleries and boutiques. Plan a three to four hour trip - add time for lunch if desired.
Price: $65 per person with a 10-person minimum.
She's at Sea
Ladies learn to boat safely, intelligently, and independently in this intro to boating seminar. This hands-on classroom introduces women to the art of boating in a safe and non-threatening environment. Female captains will instruct ladies for a delightful day on the water. Plan for a six-hour day for $250 per person, or ad a second day of advanced skills for an additional $125 per person. Four ladies minimum, and eight maximum.
Spa Morning
Start the day with a 40-minute power walk led by local marathoner. Continue the rejuvenating morning with our Pilates instructor who will lead a 40-minute session on the beach. Break for a healthy and hydrating smoothie and then head to the spa for your choice of spa services. Finish the session with a spa breakfast (or lunch depending on timing) served poolside or in the Ocean Terrace. Prices will vary according to spa services.
Enjoy the Environment
Take a guided hike in the nearby Windly Key State Park. Explore the hardwood hammock (Florida Keys woods) and discover the history of the quarries. Enjoy a picnic lunch and then continue on to the Wild Bird Center. Meet dedicated staff and the birds they care for in this bird hospital. Enjoy the mangrove setting and nature walk during your visit.
