Paddle Board Yoga

Paddle Board Yoga is both relaxing and invigorating as it combines the sport of Standup Paddle Boarding with the traditional benefits of Yoga. Sounds of the ocean and floating on water encourage relaxation, while core strength and balance are achieved through the various challenging Yoga poses. No experience is necessary, but participants may get wet, and should feel comfortable in open waters.

Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered Thursday-Saturday at 10:30 a.m. $35/attendee.


Aerial Restorative Yoga

Aerial Restorative Yoga marries traditional Yoga practices - breath control, simple meditation and adoption of specific body postures – with a soft hammock suspended just a few inches off the ground. The use of gravity, combined with supportive floor contact and healing poses, allows the spine to decompress and elongate, increasing flexibility and core strength when practiced regularly. Aerial Restorative Yoga is recommended for all fitness levels.

Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered Thursday-Saturday at 8:30 a.m. $35/attendee.
