GENERAL INFORMATION

Appointments and Reservations

We strongly recommend you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Resort. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with either a credit card or room reservation number.

Age

Our entire facility is for adults only. Guests must be 18 years of age to receive spa services, utilize the spa pool, locker rooms, relaxation lounge, fitness studio or fitness classes. The one exception is the Teen facial.

Arrival Time

We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, shower and enjoy our steam room and relaxation lounge. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change a spa appointment, we must be notified 24 hours prior to your appoint-ment. Please be aware that canceling or rescheduling on the day of your spa appointment will result in a fee charged at the full value of the missed treatment.

Cellular phone

Please honor the guests enjoying the serenity of the Spa at Cheeca Lodge by turning off all cell phones, pagers or other electronic devices before entering the spa.

Complimentary Amenities

Included with all Spa services are men’s and women’s locker and steam rooms, co-ed relaxation room with herbal teas and fruit, spacious fitness studio and weight room.

Dress Code

We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for your treatment. You may prefer to fully disrobe for your treatment, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Gift Certificates

Spa gift certificates are an ideal year round gift for any special occasion or thank you. Please inquire at the Concierge Desk or phone 305-517-4411. Please note that Spa services can only be utilized while staying at Cheeca Lodge.

Gratuities

For your convenience, a 21% service charge will be added to the cost of all treatments and packages. Additional gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion and are greatly appreciated.

Pregnancy Considerations

We suggest avoiding treatments using heat and deep pressure. Also, avoid the steam room, heated pool and whirlpools. The majority of our services can be received by the expectant mother with minor changes to the treatment. Please inform us so that the appropriate modifications can be made.

Special Request or Conditions

When making your reservations, please state any preferences you may have for male or female therapists. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability; however, we cannot make a guarantee. Please let your therapist know if you have any physical or mental conditions they should be aware of for your well- being.
